HAGÅTÑA, GUAM - The Guam Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the opening of their new office in Hagåtña at the Harbor View Building on West Soledad Avenue.
"The Ada Plaza Center has served us well for over 40 years but as the work of the Chamber continues to grow, we needed to upgrade the facilities to work more efficiently and expeditiously. After many years of planning, we are happy to be settled into our new home," said Chamber President, Catherine Castro.
The new facility fronts Marine Corps Drive in Hagåtña and is owned by Ada's Trust & Investment, Inc. "We thank the Guam Chamber of Commerce for their past tenancy at Ada Plaza Center and for their confidence in Ada's Trust to continue leasing with us," said P. Sonny Ada, President, Ada's Trust & Investment, Inc."The Ada's will continue to provide the same exceptional service to the Guam Chamber of Commerce as we welcome them to their new home in the Harbor View Building."
A ribbon cutting and open house will take place on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, to commemorate the occasion. The Chamber offices feature new conference and meeting areas all on one floor as well as covered parking. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. with an Open House and Facility Tour until 3:00 p.m.
"We encourage companies interested in learning what the Guam Chamber is about to visit us on August 6th. Meet our members and learn more about the work of the Chamber. We look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen our organization and our island community. There is much work to do and we look forward to moving onward together,"said Castro.
The Guam Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit voluntary association of over 450 business and professional individuals and firms united in their desire to improve business and build a better social and economic community on Guam for the benefit of all who live on Guam.
