GVB's Denight Named 2017 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year

TUMON, GUAM - The Guam Chamber of Commerce awarded this year's Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year Award to Mr. Jon Nathan Denight, President & CEO of Guam Visitors Bureau, at this year's GYP Event of the Year held on January 26, 2018 at the Pacific Star Resort & Spa.

"The Chamber is pleased to present the Guam Young Professional of the Year Award honoring an individual who embodies professionalism and integrity in his field of business and his personal life. As an advocate and active participant in promoting Guam's rich culture and our island as a tourist destination through various community outreach efforts and taking the lead in infrastructure and public safety enhancements, his example makes him a role model for all professionals on Guam," said Chamber President, Catherine Castro.

President Castro added "The Chamber would also like to recognize this year's nominees for their individual outstanding efforts in their respective businesses and their impact in the community, as they are each deserving of this esteemed recognition:

  • Dr. Luan Nguyen, Physician of American Medical Center & CEO and Founder of NewGen Physical Therapy and Peak Performance
  • Anthony Quenga, Assistant Vice President/ Business Development Officer, Bank of Guam
  • Jesse Rosario, Owner and Proprietor of Boka Box & Head Instructor of Cross Fit Jumpstart
